Pricing questions
Is the Discover plan really free?
Yes, with no time limit: no credit card, no trial that expires. You only pay 10% of the revenue your affiliates bring you, on the first $1,000 each month. If your affiliates sell nothing, you pay nothing.
Why 10% on the free plan, and only 3% on Launch?
Because the subscription pays for the tool, and without a subscription the percentage is the only thing funding it. The consequence, stated plainly: from roughly $550 of affiliate revenue a month, Launch costs you less than Discover. We would rather tell you here than let you find out on an invoice.
How does the pricing work?
Every plan combines a fixed monthly subscription, which covers the tool (tracking, dashboard, payouts), and a percentage of the revenue your affiliates generate, which covers marketplace access and AI-assisted recruiting. The percentage falls as your volume rises: 10% → 3% → 1.5% → 0.5%.
What happens if I go over my plan's affiliate revenue cap?
Nothing breaks and nothing stops. Tracking, commissions and payouts carry on exactly as before; we simply stop taking our percentage above the cap until the end of the month. We email you and suggest the plan above, which at that volume is usually cheaper.
What happens if I hit the 25-affiliate limit on Discover?
New applications are declined while you stay on that plan, and we email you the applicant's address so you can follow up yourself. Affiliates already signed up are never affected. Affiliates are unlimited from the Launch plan onwards.
What do I get by paying yearly?
Two months free: you pay for ten months instead of twelve. You can switch from monthly to yearly, or back, at any time from your settings, without writing to us.
Is the marketplace really included on the free plan?
Yes. That is our deliberate stance: access to the platform's affiliates is included from the entry plan, not reserved for a premium tier. What rises with the plan is the depth of access (featured placement, verified badge, AI search), not access itself.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes, the subscription has no commitment. Everything happens in your settings without writing to us: change plan, update your card or cancel. A cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you already paid for, and your affiliates keep being tracked — you can always pay them what you owe.
