FAQ
Affiliate questions
Does it cost me anything?
No, nothing. Joining a program and using your dashboard is free: the SaaS pays the platform subscription, never you.
Do I need a large audience?
No. A newsletter of a few hundred people who trust you often converts better than a large cold audience. What matters is that the recommendation is credible.
When do I get paid?
Every commission first waits out a safety window set by the merchant, long enough for a refund to still arrive. Then it joins your other commissions, and the payout goes out as soon as the program's minimum amount is reached.
What happens if the customer gets refunded?
The matching commission is voided. If it had already been paid to you, it is deducted from your next payout rather than claimed back — and your dashboard shows it beforehand, not at payment time.
Can I promote several programs?
Yes, as many as you want. Each program has its own space, but you use the same account for all of them.
How do I know a sale was attributed to me?
Your dashboard shows every click and the conversion it produced, with its date. The history is never rewritten: what was recorded stays visible, including voided commissions and the reason why.
