Comparison
Affonso vs PromoteKit
These are the two most aggressive entry plans on the market, at €19 and $29 a month. They do not cut in the same place to get there, and that is exactly why they are worth putting side by side: one bets on the number of billing platforms, the other on a free plan that lets you start without paying anything.
In short
PromoteKit is free up to 3 referrals, then $29. Affonso starts at €19 with no free plan, but bills five payment platforms where PromoteKit knows only one.

Take Affonso if…
Take Affonso if you do not bill on Stripe. That is their real advantage and it is hard to work around: Paddle, Polar, Creem and Dodo Payments on top of Stripe, where PromoteKit works with Stripe only. Their €19 entry plan also includes PayPal, Wise and bulk wire payouts, plus 180 affiliate discovery credits a year. The entry cap is low though: $1,000 of affiliate revenue a month, past which you move to €39.
Take PromoteKit if…
Take PromoteKit if you are on Stripe and want to start without reaching for a card. Their free plan allows three referrals — enough to wire up tracking, check that it attributes correctly and watch a first commission land, which no 14-day trial guarantees. At $29 you get unlimited referrals, the API, webhooks and a custom domain. The catch: Stripe only, and a counter set at 3 that arrives very fast if your program takes off.
And where does earnwithaffiliate fit?
We are on the same ground as them on price, with a free plan capped neither at three referrals nor at fourteen days, but at $1,000 of affiliate revenue a month. The nuance matters: three referrals burn through in a week if your program takes off, and a fourteen-day trial expires while you are still waiting for a first sale. A revenue cap lets you collect real sales before paying anything. On top of that comes visibility on an affiliate marketplace, which neither of them offers: it is the only line in this comparison that tackles having zero affiliates rather than tracking them.
What they do better
neither Affonso nor PromoteKit takes a percentage. We take 10% on the free plan — capped at $100 a month, and nil until a sale is attributed — then 3% from the €39 plan. And Affonso covers five billing platforms where we cover one, Stripe.
